Representatives from A2Dominion, Bugler Developments and local councillors celebrated the construction milestone at the Bell Road site on Thursday 11 August.
The scheme is ideally located in the heart of the town centre and will comprise 127 modern apartments. They include 34 homes for affordable rent and 93 for shared ownership, with an additional four units available for commercial use.
The ambitious project transforms the site of a former hardware store and car parking area into high-quality homes, with a mix of tenures to meet a range of lifestyles.
Hounslow Central station is just a short walk away and provides direct access into Central London via the Piccadilly line. A wide range of shops, bars and supermarkets are also located close by on the high street and in the regenerated town centre.
The development on Bell Road is set to be completed by the end of 2023.

A traditional topping out ceremony has been held at our new 100% affordable development in the London Borough of Hounslow.
