King Street, Hammersmith
The western end of King Street in Hammersmith will be revitalised with the refurbishment of the Town Hall, hundreds of new homes and community facilities. In partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, the redevelopment will include 204 new homes of which 52 per cent will be affordable, a new cinema, community art and event spaces and new public spaces for public use.
Matilda House, Oxford
Located in Oxford, Matilda House provides support, specialised services and shelter for homeless people. Offering accommodation for 37 residents, the facility is designed to give homeless people access to the support they need to go on to lead fulfilling lives. It includes a short-term facility that provides support for 22 homeless people with complex needs, and a move-on facility that provides employment and training focused support for 15 people.
Arlington Lofts, Camden
Arlington Lofts is the partial refurbishment of a 1930s electricity substation with large warehouse style windows. Providing 21 apartments of which 16 are private sale and five are affordable rent, the apartments sit behind a distinctive red brick facade in the heart of Camden. Arlington Lofts is a prime example of preserving historical architecture for a brand new purpose. The inside of each property has a unique layout, turning the previously disused building into brand new homes for the local community.
Beechwood Grove
Beechwood Grove is a development of 43 one and two bedroom apartments in Reading, designed to offer independent living for the over 55s. With 16 of the apartments affordable rent and 27 private sale, Beechwood Grove offers residents hotel-style amenities including communal spaces, bistro, craft room, hair and beauty, guest suite and therapy room. The landscaped gardens provide a tranquil setting for lawn bowls, gardening and relaxation. On-site care and support services, 24-hour staff presence, video-entry and a monitored alarm service provide the assurance of a safe and secure environment.
96-106 Broadway, Ealing
A2Dominion purchased this site in 2016 and obtained planning permission for 122 residential units. We have since exchanged contracts with private developer Henley Homes to sell the site freehold and simultaneously entered into a Development Agreement and leaseback for the 42 affordable units.
Knowle Park, Alfold Road
Knowle Park is an exciting scheme creating 265 new homes, consisting of two to five bedroom houses and one and two bedroom apartments alongside a Country Park in Cranleigh, Surrey. A mix of house types and tenures are proposed in a high quality landscaped setting with a linear park running through the residential areas and linking them to the 56 acre Country Park.
The new homes will be delivered in three phases, Phase 1 comprises 73 new homes and A2Dominion Developments (A2DD) intend to start on site in June with a view to completing that phase in Autumn 2021.
A2Dominion are also delivering the Country Park, which will transform existing fields to create new public green space for Cranleigh and the surrounding areas. Once built the park will be managed and maintained by the Knowle Park Trust.
