Ian Wardle Headshot
Chief Executive Officer
Ian Wardle

Ian has overall responsibility for the management of A2Dominion. He joined the company in September 2022, having previously been Chief Executive at Thirteen Group since 2016. Prior to this, Ian was Managing Director of Reading Borough Council, Director of Regeneration Services at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Project Director for the Sunniside Regeneration Project in Sunderland, and Development Director at Taylor Wimpey.

Tracey Barnes Executive Director (Central & Financial Services)
Chief Finance Officer
Tracey Barnes

Tracey is responsible for the financial and central services within the Group. She has over 35 years’ experience in finance roles, including as a Director at Board level with experience in the social housing, consumer products and manufacturing sectors across 4 continents. Tracey previously worked at Sovereign Housing Association, where she was Chief Finance Officer. Prior to this, she worked at Diageo for 20 years, holding a number of roles including Chief Finance Officer of East African Breweries Ltd, Chief Finance Officer of Diageo Ireland and Managing Director and Diageo Business Services India.

Andy Boyes headshot
Executive Director (Change & IT)
Andrew Boyes

Andrew is responsible for Information Technology (IT) and our IT change projects. He has over 30 years’ experience in IT, working across a broad range of business sectors including housing, insurance, retail and distribution. Andrew has been an IT Director since 1998, holding three IT Director roles before he joined A2Dominion in 2009 as Group Director of IT. He became Executive Director (Change and IT) in 2014.

Kate Gascoigne
Chief Customer Officer
Kate Gascoigne

Kate's responsible for all customer facing services for the Group. Kate has nearly 20 years’ experience in the housing sector and has worked for 15 years as a turnaround consultant for large housing associations, contractors and local government. Kate also spent five years as an Executive Director at two separate housing associations in the northwest. Irwell Valley and Your Housing Group. Kate joined A2Dominion as a consultant in February 2023 from Vivid Homes based in Portsmouth.

Michael Reece headshot
Chief Property Officer
Michael Reece

Michael holds overall responsibility of all services relating to customers' property and the commercial side of the business, such as construction, sales and marketing. He has over 35 years of experience in the housing sector and has worked for housing associations, contractors and consultants. Michael joined A2Dominion from Savills, one of the most respected consultants in the sector. Prior to this he was Group Operations Director at Aster Group, where he worked for just under 12 years. Michael has a law degree and an MBA.

Our Operational Management Team oversees Central and Financial Services, Commercial, Operations and Financial Strategy.

Caroline Abomeli
Director of Communications
Caroline Abomeli

Caroline is responsible for the Group's communications, digital and corporate strategy functions. With over 20 years' experience in public relations, she is a trained journalist and has a master’s degree in business management. Caroline previously worked for the Dominion Housing Group and the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund. She is also a non-executive director of Hertfordshire-based housing association B3Living, a trustee of the Ethical Property Foundation and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Reena Ainscough
Director of Strategic Procurement
Reena Ainscough

Reena is responsible for developing and delivering procurement activities at A2Dominion. She has 15 years’ experience working in procurement and supply chain for both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining A2Dominion, Reena worked in senior procurement roles at the BBC, FCA and Metropolitan Police leading on procurement transformation, strategic outsourcing, insourcing, supplier management and development. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain and is in the process of becoming a Fellow.

Tania Emery bio
Director of Building Safety
Tania Emery

Tania has over 25 years' experience in Health and Safety, and is responsible for building safety for the Group's properties. She started her Health and Safety career in the Middle East as part of the Project Management team on Palm Jumeirah and on Muscat International Airport. She retuned to the UK and worked across many sectors, including construction, repair & maintenance, retail and education. Tania first joined A2Dominion in 2016 as Head of Health & Safety and Compliance Assurance.

Jo Evans headshot
Director of Repairs and Maintenance
Jo Evans

Jo is responsible for responsive repairs, estate services and our surveying teams. She has 17 years of experience in the housing sector, spending the majority of her career at Saxon Weald where she rose to Operations Business Manager in 2016. She joined A2Dominion in 2019 as the Head of Operations (Care & Support). In 2021 she became the Director of Specialist Housing at A2Dominion, where she was responsible for all non-generic housing tenures and specialist care and support services. Jo holds a BSc in Sociology and Social policy and an MSc in Housing. Jo is also a trained reflective practice facilitator.

Jonathan Fabris-Rotelli
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Jonathan Fabris-Rotelli

Jonathan is a qualified accountant with over 15 years’ finance experience within the housing sector. He joined Dominion Housing Group in 2005 and has progressed through the organisation to become Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Jonathan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

Graham Gregg
Interim Director of Financial Services
Graham Gregg

Graham is responsible for both management and statutory financial reporting as well as operational finance. He has many years of experience working within the housing sector having worked previously for two G15 housing associations in similar roles. He is an ACCA qualified accountant and enjoys working with teams with a focus on improving financial performance and streamlining financial processes.

James Huntley headshot

James Huntley

James is responsible for the development and delivery of the Groups' IT and Data strategies. He has more than 18 years’ experience within the housing sector, covering all aspects of IT service, data management and project delivery. Having joining Dominion Housing Group as a graduate in 2006, he has progressed through the organisation to become Director of Information Technology in 2022.

Chris Ives
Managing Director of Development & Regeneration
Chris Ives

Chris is responsible for all of our development and regeneration projects. Chris qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1993 and has extensive experience in the property investment and development sectors working as a property fund manager, asset manager and property developer across the UK. In recent years Chris has specialised in urban regeneration working with both the private and public sectors to deliver real and sustainable change to places through the delivery of housing-led mixed use regeneration projects, placemaking strategies and partnerships.

Andrew Knox
Director of Finance Transformation
Andrew Knox

Andrew is responsible for modernising and optimising financial processes and systems across A2Dominion. He is ACA qualified with 20 years of financial experience and has driven financial transformation projects within a range of organisations and sectors, including BT and the Guinness Partnership.

Danny-Lynch
Director of Special Projects
Danny Lynch

Danny is responsible for the ongoing special projects within the Group. He has 35 years’ land and property purchasing and development experience. He has been with A2Dominion for almost 26 years. Prior to joining, Danny worked at Shepherds Bush Housing Association and the London Borough of Ealing in both asset management and development roles. He is a general practice surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), specialising in development and land appraisal

Conan McKinley, Asset Director
Asset Director
Conan McKinley

Conan is responsible for strategic asset management, sustainability and property investment for the Group. He has over 25 years of Asset Management experience in the social housing sector. Before joining A2Dominion Conan held Director positions at three previous organisations, latterly with Your Housing Group. He is also a Member of the Institute of Asset Management and Board Member at Beamish Museum.

Hilary Milne bio
Interim Group Director of Governance and Compliance
Hilary Milne

Hilary is responsible for reviewing and enhancing governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and good practice requirements. In 2023 Hilary was Interim Executive Director of Governance and Risk at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) where she led the transformation of the organisation’s approach to risk, assurance and compliance following RBH’s downgrade to G3. As Group Director of Governance and Compliance at One Housing and as Director of Governance and Compliance at Genesis, she led the risk management, assurance and compliance approach at two G15 associations both of which had complex group structures and faced some significant strategic challenges. Hilary is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Trinity College London, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Board member at East End Homes, and holds a LLB (Hons).

Rosie-Nesbitt
Director of Development, Regeneration and Sales
Rosie Nesbitt

With over half of her life dedicated to the property industry, Rosie has held a number of senior roles across the property sector, spanning residential, lettings and student accommodation sectors, including roles at UNITE Group and Berkeley Group. Rosie is responsible for the sale of all private development and shared ownership properties across the portfolio under the FABRICA brand, which was launched just under a decade ago.

Director of Land & Planning
Simon Potts

Simon is responsible for land acquisition and planning for the Group. He has worked in the development industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience of brownfield and greenfield land acquisition, regeneration, strategic land promotion and planning. Prior to his current role, he established and managed strategic land for the Group and before that was A2Dominion’s Executive Director (Commercial, South East) for over 3 years. Before joining A2Dominion, Simon held a series of senior positions within housebuilders (Laing, Bellway, Fairclough and Hillreed) and at one of the UK leading planning practices.

Director of People Services
Penny St Martin

Penny is responsible for the Group’s People Services directorate. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior leader within HR. Prior to joining A2Dominion, she held a number of senior roles at Transport for London, leading on organisational design and change for its transformation programme. She has a master's in personnel and development and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Dawn-Wightman
Director of Homes & Communities
Dawn Wightman

Dawn is responsible for all housing management services, including neighbourhoods, ASB, lettings, tenancy sustainment, housing services and leasehold services. She has more than 25 years' experience in the housing sector, including 21 years working at A2Dominion and 9 years as Director. Prior to her current role, Dawn was our Area Director for London, and also previously worked for Catalyst Housing Group in various housing management positions. Dawn holds a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.

Doreen-Wright
Commercial Director (Programme and Compliance)
Doreen Wright

Doreen has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector. She is responsible for the management and delivery of our development programme, ensuring the necessary resources are in place to guarantee the Development Team continues to produce a high volume of quality housing.
