Partnership formed to help women pursue a career in construction

We have teamed up with property service provider Breyer Group and economic and social research agency Quantum Vantage to help women in London, especially A2Dominion customers, who are thinking of pursuing a career in construction.
The Visionary You programme helps women get into construction
In the UK, just under 87% of women working in construction hold office positions, and only around 2.5% of tradespeople are women, according to research by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Women also only make up around 14% of staff executives and 7% of line executive positions.
The next Visionary You programme starts on Monday 13 February and new programmes start every two weeks.
What will you get from the programme?
The programme covers a mixture of Practical Workshops and 1-2-1 Coaching and a Level 4 Project Management Unit.Visionary You offers:
- 6 half day online workshops
- Online Learning Modules
- Comprehensive Workbook and Materials
- One-To-One Coaching
- Networking with like-minded women
Who is the programme for?
You can book onto the programme if you are female and:- Live in a Greater London Borough
- Have no qualifications above level 3 (A level or college)
- Are not currently working or earning below the current minimum living wage (£11.95 per hour)
