The annual awards ceremony, held at The Brewery London, was judged by a panel from across the housing sector with a wide range of experience.
The Best Market Sale Development of the Year category required the winner to demonstrate how their scheme raised the bar of market-sale developments in terms of quality, innovation and enhancing the community in which it is located.
Queen’s Wharf is made up of 165 new waterfront private sale apartments alongside a newly state-of-the-art media centre. A joint venture with Mount Anvil, Queen’s Wharf is located beside the Grade II listed Hammersmith bridge and offers studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The judges’ report said: “The judges felt this building made optimal use of its setting, delivering desirable homes and regenerating an important site. They were impressed by the pleasing mix of architectural styles used during development.”

Queen’s Wharf, a scheme by A2Dominion and Mount Anvil, has won the Best Market Sale Development of the Year Award at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2018.
