The A+ credit rating, one of the highest in the sector, recognises that the Group continues to demonstrate stable performance despite the external challenges it and other housing providers continue to face.
The A+ credit rating is similar to many well-known high street banks.
Dean Tufts, Executive Director (Finance & Strategy) at A2Dominion Group, said: “We are pleased that Fitch has re-affirmed our A+ rating which recognises that despite the current challenging external economic environment the Group remains financially strong and resilient.”
The Group, which operates across London and southern England, manages over 38,000 homes and with thousands more in the development pipeline.

Fitch confirms A2Dominion Group’s credit rating as unchanged for fifth year

Residential property group A2Dominion has had its credit rating affirmed as A+ for the fifth year, by global leader in credit ratings and research, Fitch Ratings.
