Dean joined the then Acton Housing Association in 1993 as Finance Director. Over the years Dean’s role evolved with the organisation, across multiple mergers and a period of significant growth. He was appointed Executive Director (Finance & Strategy) in 2009.
Dean has played a key part in the success of the Group over the last 30 years, supporting the growth of the organisation from a small landlord with responsibility for 1,500 homes, to A2Dominion Group as it is today, with over 38,000 homes and 70,000 customers.
Speaking of his retirement, Dean said: “It’s been a pleasure to be part of the growth and development of A2Dominion over the last 30 years. During my time here the organisation has experienced a sustained period of change and growth and with it, I’ve experienced plenty of fresh challenges.
“I’ve really enjoyed working alongside my talented colleagues, sharing ideas and addressing challenges together – I’m very proud of what we’ve achieved. I will be leaving with plenty of happy memories and many valued friends and colleagues.”
Chief Executive, Ian Wardle, said: “I’d like to thank Dean for his long and successful service to the Group, helping us to provide much-needed homes to more and more customers over the years.
“I know he will be missed by colleagues across the organisation, and I would like to wish him the very best for his retirement.”
