The development is located on Agape Way
The new development on Agape Way in Southall is a 100% affordable scheme and comprises 24 three-bedroom family units.

The modern homes consist of two terrace blocks over the ground, first, second and third floors. The design by Gravity Design Associates also incorporates car parking, cycle storage, and private amenity space.

Construction began at the former brownfield site in December 2020 in partnership with Syntec Projects Ltd.

Steven Waite, Director of Technical & Commercial at A2Dominion, said: “We're delighted to complete this exciting project alongside Syntec Projects Ltd. We have a strong-track record of delivering high-quality homes to the London Borough of Ealing and this modern scheme will help more families onto the housing ladder.”

Declan MacGabhann, Commercial Director at Syntec Projects Ltd, said: "We’re proud that these stylish and modern apartments are also energy efficient. In the build, we achieved a reduction of 45.4% CO2 emissions through low air-tightness and a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery System to provide the heating, hot water and ventilation. Compared to conventional electric boilers, this system is four times more energy efficient and residents should see reduced fuel bills.”

The development is located on a new road called Agape Way. The term 'Agape' derives from the Greek word meaning 'love'.

Block A also takes inspiration and is called Aletheia Mansions, with Aletheia translating to 'truth'. Meanwhile Block B is named Zoe Mansions, with Zoe translating to mean ‘life’.
