The scheme comprises 94 private units, 54 affordable rent units, 25 intermediate rent units and 7 shared ownership homes. The stunning 1-4 bedroom apartments feature open-plan living spaces, modern integrated appliances and private balcony area.
The design by Child Graddon Lewis Architects also incorporates a green roof terrace for residents to enjoy views of the capital’s skyline, private courtyard garden to unwind, and private onsite gym.
The 763sqm of ground-floor space facilitates four commercial units, including coffee shop, and co-working spaces for flexible and hybrid employees.
Chris Ives, Managing Director of Development & Regeneration at A2Dominion, said: “We’re pleased to complete this ambitious project with Astir Developments and would like to thank all our partners involved. The scheme provides modern homes to accommodate a range of living styles, as well as much needed affordable homes for the people of West Hampstead.”
Nic Simpkin, CEO at Astir, said: "We're delighted to complete our maiden scheme in London with A2Dominion. This project hasn't been without its challenges but the strength in depth of our team was illustrated in the way we pulled together to produce such a high-quality finished product.
"We'd like to thank A2Dominion who have backed us throughout and we look forward to continuing our excellent relationship on future projects as we look to change the face of residential living in the capital."
Planning permission was granted for the scheme in June 2017. The development is located on the bustling West End Lane and adjacent to the array of shops and restaurants on the high road. It’s also just a short walk from West Hampstead station, which is served by the London underground and overground train lines.
