Commenting on the grading, Anne Waterhouse, A2Dominion’s Interim Group Chief Executive, said: “I’m really pleased we have maintained our rating, which shows that we meet our regulator’s governance requirements, and our viability remains strong. The Regulator’s judgement has reaffirmed that we’re well positioned to cope with the inherent risks of delivering our large and diverse development programme that will create thousands of homes.”
The judgment has been published following a Stability Check, a financially focused assessment of A2Dominion's most recent business plan and annual accounts. A2Dominion has retained the G1/V2 rating since August 2019.

A2Dominion retains G1/V2 regulatory grading

The Regulator of Social Housing has reconfirmed A2Dominion’s regulatory grading of “G1” for governance and “V2” for financial viability, in its latest regulatory judgment published on 1 December 2021.
A2Dominion has retained the G1/V2 rating since August 2019.
