A2Dominion reopens new home sales centres

FABRICA by A2Dominion’s sales centres for new private homes and shared ownership have reopened with a range of enhanced health and safety procedures.

The centres at Elmsbrook, Bicester and Westvale Park, Horley reopened on 23rd May after closing on 25th March. Viewings are also taking place by appointment at Carlton House, Putney, where there is no on-site centre.

The decision to reopen sales and marketing suites reflects changes in government guidance as well as increased customer demand.

Examples of some of the procedures put in place include:

  • Visits by appointment only with a maximum of two people attending a viewing
  • Strict social distancing at all times
  • Changes to the layout of sales suites to maximise social distancing
  • Staff and customers wearing appropriate PPE
  • Enhanced cleaning
Ongoing sales carried on after 25th March and new enquiries continued to be processed remotely while centres were closed. Now that restrictions are beginning to lift, we are working so our customers can move swiftly to enjoy their new homes.
