360 new high-quality homes completed in Hanwell

We have completed a development to deliver 360 new high-quality homes in Hanwell, West London.
Hanwell Square
This joint venture with Higgins Partnerships provides a mixed-use development comprising affordable and market sale homes, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of residents.
The development is centred around a village square and provides a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
The three-block site designed by Assael Architects and delivered by Fourpoint Architects, features ground floor retail shops, garden terraces, staffed concierge, a gym, roof top gardens, balconies and play areas.
