The latest phase of this transformative residential project with our partners at Rydon Construction provides both three-bedroom and four-bedroom family homes for market sale.

Designed by architects at Conran & Partners and delivered by architects at Gibberd, the homes feature a mix of open-plan and separate living spaces, as well as front and rear garden areas.

All homes include large south-facing windows to individual landscaped rear gardens, allowing for plenty of natural light, and has private outdoor space for residents to enjoy.

Each home is built to a high specification with quality finishes, low energy appliances and lighting throughout. Sustainable design was considered with individual solar panels on each roof.

The multi-phase regeneration project at the Green Man Lane estate began in 2010 to replace 464 homes and transform the site into mixed-use, multiple-tenure development with more than 900 modern homes, including a new primary school and improved amenity spaces.

The site is located a short walk to Broadway High Street, which has direct bus links to Ealing Broadway and its array of shops, restaurants and cafés. West Ealing station is also just over a five-minute walk away and is served by the new Elizabeth Line.
