With 25 years of experience in Audit, Risk and Assurance, Rachel brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the position. An experienced non-executive director and an audit, risk management and governance professional who is passionate about the housing sector, Rachel joins A2Dominion from the Board of Housing Plus Group, where she chairs their Audit & Risk Committee and since 2017 has introduced a series of risk deep dives to help the Committee focus and understand business risk areas in greater detail.

Rachel is the Founder and Director of ThinkingAudit Ltd, providing governance and assurance support to a diverse range of organisations from local authorities to FTSE100 businesses. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

A2Dominion has appointed Rachel Bowden as a new board member. She will take over as Chair of their Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee from David Coates who will retire from the Board in February 2022.
