The position of customer member has been created to make sure that we are including our customers’ voices in every part of the organisation and decision making.

Coretta has been a member of A2Dominion’s Customer Service Committee since 2022 and has been actively involved in residents' groups since 2012.

Coretta said: “I’m excited and honoured to become A2Dominion’s first resident Board member. Having a seat at the table where decisions are made ensures some representation and enables resident’s views and voices to be heard and understood. I look forward to working with the Board and the Customer Service Committee to support A2Dominion with helping residents receive the services they need and deserve.”

Coretta is an Asset Project Delivery Manager at Notting Hill Genesis, and has worked in various roles within customer, neighbourhood, and housing services. She is an experienced housing professional who has worked in the housing sector since 2006. She previously volunteered with Ealing Council as a School Appeals Panel Member, and with Shepherds Bush Housing as a Peer Supporter.

Coretta is also the founder and director of Lena Maye Limited, a business that creates luxury haircare products, for which she was supported by A2Dominion’s Enterprise Programme in 2017 and gained an entrepreneur award in 2018.
