It details A2Dominion’s business model of reinvesting all profits to support its social purpose, along with key objectives, goals and strengths.
Highlights of the Group’s objectives and goals include:

Developing up to 1,200 new homes a year is one of the key goals set out in A2Dominion’s updated Business Plan.
A2Dominion Group updated Business Plan 2015-2020
It details A2Dominion’s business model of reinvesting all profits to support its social purpose, along with key objectives, goals and strengths.
Highlights of the Group’s objectives and goals include:
- Developing up to 1,200 new homes a year
- Building 40% of new homes for sale and 60% for shared ownership and rent (affordable and private), and increasing its private rent portfolio
- Delivering a £20m business change programme, Fit for the Future, to transform the way the organisation works and significantly improve services by 2020
- Providing improved digital services for residents
- Investing in services to promote the economic wellbeing of customers, including training to get online and peer-to-peer support programmes
- Deliver operating surpluses of £597m during 2015–20.
