We are pleased to announce new appointments to our Group Board and Customer Service Committee.

Peter Hatch, Chief Executive Officer at Homes in Sedgemoor, becomes an independent member of the Customer Service Committee.
The appointments come as we continue to implement our new Corporate Strategy and vision – to provide ‘homes people love to live in’.
The Customer Service Committee takes the lead on all customer matters across all tenures and challenges the Group’s decision-making process. The committee comprises of at least two members of the Group Board, up to two independent members, and up to three residents – with at least one resident living in either a social or affordable rent home.
Elaine has worked as an independent housing consultant, interim Managing Director and Executive Director for the last 12 years in housing, regeneration, and specialises in organisational performance turnaround.
She has over 30 years of board, executive and non-executive experience in the public, not for profit and private housing sectors. Previously she also served as a trustee and governing board member at the Chartered Institute of Housing and remains a fellow of the professional body. She is currently Group Board Member of H21, a national retirement living specialist housing association.
Elaine said: “I’m delighted to be working with Board colleagues and the Customer Services Committee to support the organisation in its mission to deliver consistent quality customer services and great outcomes for all our residents. There has been significant progress made in recent months, working with the Regulator and restoring confidence and trust in us as a landlord remains paramount.
“I am looking forward to meeting our teams and residents as the improvement journey moves forward over the coming months.”
Peter has more than 25 years’ experience in the housing sector, including 18 years in executive positions. He has led successful organisations through strategy development, strong governance, a commitment to customer service, commercial flair and business growth.
Peter said: “I am excited to be joining the A2Dominion Customer Service Committee at such an important time. The organisation's ambitious plans for customer service are hugely exciting and I look forward to working with the committee and supporting the Board and Executive."
Prior to being appointed CEO at Homes in Sedgemoor, Peter was the Executive Director of Property and Communities with Cheltenham Borough Homes, and Group Customer Services Director and Group Operations Director with Housing Solutions Group.
