Our Pathways Programme offers a free employment service for A2Dominion customers aged 16 and over. We provide one-on-one support to individuals early in their careers or facing challenges re-entering the workforce, helping to bolster their confidence and giving them access to training and employment opportunities.

Fatimah Pasha, a 21-year-old Ealing resident, had completed her A levels in Psychology, Mathematics, and Economics but encountered challenges in landing a position aligned with her career aspirations. Wanting to gain hands-on experience while continuing to learn, she sought out potential apprenticeship opportunities.

She was referred to our Pathways Programme and collaborated with Yasmeen Ali, Employment Advisor, to identify the necessary support needed and explore apprenticeships matching her interests and skills.

Yasmeen provided support in refining Fatimah's CV and coaching her on effectively showcasing her skills and experiences to potential employers. She also helped with mock interviews and preparing for tough questions.

In Fatimah's words, "Yasmeen's encouragement and positive reinforcement played a pivotal role in boosting my confidence. Her unwavering belief in my potential kept me motivated and persistent."

Fatimah successfully secured a Customer Service Apprenticeship with Ealing Council. She added, "I am incredibly grateful for Yasmeen’s support and guidance. Her personalised approach, expert advice, and unwavering belief in my abilities were instrumental in helping me secure an apprenticeship. She not only helped me find a job but also helped me grow as an individual. I am excited to embark on this new chapter thanks to the invaluable support I received ".
