Daniella Silva, 25, shares how our Pathways Programme has supported her journey into employment.
As part of our continued customer support services, our Pathways Programme provides help to customers looking for employment as well as those who are just starting out in their careers.

Daniella recently graduated from university and has experienced first-hand the support that the Pathways Programme can provide.

During a Big Impact event held at Wood Lane, Isleworth, Daniella met one of our employment advisors, Yasmeen Ali, and discussed her current employment situation and spoke about her desire to find a job within the architectural industry.

After finding out that Daniella was struggling to find employment and was not receiving positive application outcomes, Yasmeen discussed the benefits of joining the Pathways Programme.

Following this event, Yasmeen visited Daniella and her family at her home to create a tailored action plan to meet her specific needs. This plan included regular phone calls, support with CV and cover letter writing, practice interview questions and help with discovering jobs to apply for.

Daniella said: “Thanks to Yasmeen’s support, I felt very confident going into my most recent interview, which ended up being successful!”

She added: “I was so excited when I found out I got the internship. I told Yasmeen and she called me back straight away to share in my excitement. I am so grateful to her and am very glad I got involved with the programme!"

Our Pathways Programme is a free employment service available to all A2Dominion customers over the age of 16. It can help customers to boost confidence; support them with their CV, cover letters and interview skills; and give them access to training and employment opportunities.

If you know someone or feel you could benefit from this service, make sure to get in touch.
