Commonly described as the Oscars of the UK housebuilding industry, the WhatHouse? Awards is the UK’s largest event that celebrates the best new homes across the country.

Keybridge, the UK’s tallest brick tower and a joint venture development between A2Dominion and Mount Anvil, won gold in the Best Partnership category.

The scheme offers 473 new one, two, and three-bed apartments and penthouses and occupies a privileged position in Vauxhall, one of the city’s best-connected neighbourhoods in the SW8 London region.

Elmsbrook Bicester, a partnership between A2Dominion and Crest Nicholson, won silver in the Best Sustainable Development category.

The award recognises the scheme as one of the most sustainable communities of tomorrow and a pioneer in the latest technology.

The scheme is the UK’s first eco-town and the only true zero carbon development of its size delivering 393 homes, a unique development of two, three and four-bedroom homes all offering contemporary sustainable living.

Both Keybridge and Elmsbrook are marketed under the Fabrica by A2Dominion brand.

Nick Hutchings, A2Dominion’s Executive Director (Managing Director, Commercial), said: “Being recognised for these prestigious awards showcases the Group’s commitment to provide high quality, sustainable homes.

“As we seek new joint venture partnership opportunities as part of our strategy to develop the 7,600 homes currently in the pipeline, both wins showcase that we are an excellent choice of partner to deliver award-winning developments.”

A2Dominion is a residential property group with a social purpose, with a vision to improve people's lives through high quality homes and services.

Whilst the Group takes a commercial approach to housebuilding, it reinvests profits into building more new homes and supporting communities.
